I feel thoroughly deceived — no delivery, no refund, no communication. I placed my order on December 17, 2025, as a Christmas gift, but nothing has arrived. After receiving an automatic confirmation, the company ceased all communication. As of January 5, 2026, my order still shows as 'confirmed' with no updates, tracking information, or replies, despite my multiple inquiries. This feels fraudulent — they took my money and provided nothing in return. In my view, this is the worst online retailer I’ve encountered in the Netherlands. I would never recommend them. Beneath the discounts lies irresponsibility, poor customer service, and a total lack of respect for customers. I have already submitted a complaint to the relevant consumer authority, hoping it will lead to a resolution.
