I would rate this experience well below zero if I could. BE AWARE if using this company 'Fonslife/Lulutox' it is a scam and like many others you will lose your money!!
It looks legit and you go through paypal for extra security, then the part where you review and confirm your order does not exist and before you know it they are congratulating you on ordering three bags of tea!!!! in US dollar's.
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, you just receive automated emails which send you on a wild goose chase. PayPal should not be entertaining this company.
I ordered the tea that helps with bloating ect.When I went to pay for it on their fb site,it kept trying to get me to add more of their items which I didn’t.I was going through my PayPal acc so when I pressed pay now,it wouldn’t go through because I hadn’t added anything else.I then pressed the back arrow to see what was going on & it was saying to add things.So I got out of the page without buying anything(or so I thought)I was going through my emails later & found three emails from PayPal,all different orders from this company.I rang pp & got one order refunded within an hour & the other two are being investigated.This is obviously some type of scam so be very careful if you order anything from this company..
If there was a choice of no stars that's where I would be.Beware ordering from this company. As others are saying, duplicate payments for items not requested. PayPal helped and cancelled the duplicate payment but there was nothing I could do to cancel the order even though it was within the hour. There was the red flag immediately. Stay away from them. I thought I was safe using PayPal as they are usually so good. I can't believe PayPal haven't been inundated with complaints.
I ordered Lulutox Tea, received an email as confirmation and received the item. I ordered through PayPal.It was not until I received and checked my Credit Card statement that not only was the Lulutox item charged, but another transaction from Fonslife Trading FZCO for over $100 Australian. After checking my PayPal account, both Lulutox and Fonslife were categorized 'Automatic Payments' which I promptly deleted. PayPal rejected my claim saying it was a legitimate transaction. Please do not buy from either of these companies as you might get scammed as I was!!!
