Incomplete order and poor service

I placed a large order, but a week later, I received a refund for half of it without any notification. I wasn't informed that only part of my order had shipped, which meant I didn't receive the items in time for my company’s holiday party. The customer service was unhelpful and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, leaving me very disappointed. I doubt I will order again.
