Fonus just cut my services peerwnding that i used too much data. Rhey say its a term violation. Everywhere they advice UNLIMITED. The say that I just have to check the terms. What i sid and its never mentionne anywhere that their is a maximum of data use. And no where that after a specific amount of data use ita a violation of their terms. That company juste.abuse and take your money but don't give the service
Since the first day, im unable to stream, take 10 or 15 minutes to load, and stop and freeze every 2 minutes.
Just navigate on internet, facebook take 5 or 10 minutes to load a page.
I write to support the first day and then many times, and the answer is got his, I have the max plan, what is the most expensive one and that im " throttled" so i have to read the condition of use of their service. Thats the answer ive got from Émilie, of Fonus support. Im in Canada, and with all other cell ohone company i never ever had any trouble to use 5G and stram, or work. But with Fonus, i just took 60$ and trow it to garbage because they dont care about your experiences and the fact that you cant use their service on 5G as they sell and advise everywhere. They just take your money and dont care after that.
Really the worst ever mobile/internet services i had in my life.
