Note like most global/nomad plans these are "virtual" phone numbers (you can have multiple) but it works well using in-app for calls (limited testing), and push notifications for SMS. And beats getting charged a fortune when needing to make a call from wherever. Though there were some issues with the country code I initially selected so I switched to U.S. one.
Also customer support is great - always get a human on live chat responding and solving the problem quickly. As I have had to change mobile data settings a couple of times when it stopped working suddenly; but it was resolved very quickly.
