Worst delivery experience of my life!! Estimated time was 25-40 mins, order arrived in 2.5 hrs!!!!!!!!!!!!
I asked to cancel but support responses were really slow. I ended up receiving my order.
How hard it is to show proper estimated time based on driver availability?!!!! Seriously, so bad.
Avoid at all costs! The negative reviews are accurate! The company's true values show when issues arise. Their resolution process is non-existent, and they seem to prioritize profit over client satisfaction. A group of scammers! Do not use their service!
NEVER EVER USE IN PORTUGAL!!!ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DELIVERY OPTION EVER!!! The food was late by an hour. No communication with a human. The Bangladesh guy who delivered missed the address three times because he was on a video chat!!!
NEVER I MEAN NEVER ORDER from bolt food in Bulgaria. This company is a joke. We ordered food and everything that could go wrong, went wrong. First the order was “delivered” 2 hours later from the estimate. Then when we saw it was delivered (no notification) we searched for our food in the entire flat and on the front door too AND THERE WAS NOTHING. When we contacted support about the issue they told us straightaway it’s not their problem and they can’t refund the money and colsed the chat completely ditching us. Do yourself a favour and never order from there!!!!
A lot of the times food delivery taking too long, food comes simply cold.But the support is one the biggest L I've used in my life. Unable to read all the questions, unable to assist, no empathy for the client what so ever. Sometime i even wait few hours simply to get an answr from support which is 24/7Highly recommend to avoid this app and use any other alternative in ur region.
Very disappointing experience with Bolt Food. My order arrived missing key breakfast items (bread, tomato, butter) without any notice or replacement. Even worse, the chicken was expired and smelled terrible – completely unsafe to eat. I wasted almost 2 hours with customer support and got no solution. Unacceptable service.
Horrible. Just horrible. The drivers don’t show up, they lie about being at your location, and customer service is useless. I ordered from a sushi place, my driver claimed twice he was “here” when he clearly wasn’t, then the order gets canceled and I’m told to wait 10 days for a refund. Ten days! This isn’t just bad service it’s a complete scam of people’s time and money.
