Excellent!!! This is the second time I buy from them.They have a great variety of Indian products with very good quality and reasonable prices. Their website provide very clear and comprehensive information of most of the products, stating clearly the prices and other relevant information. This is something I personally value very much. I like to know what exactly I am buying.The delivery is done quickly, the items are carefully packaged and you are always well informed. They keep good communication ALL the time...but specially when you need it the most.Their customer service is exceptional! I had a query/claim...and they quickly reached back to me kindly providing a very satisfactory resolution. They showed fairness, honesty and reliability.
