I changed my supplier to McQueens 2 months ago from my previous supplier , Milk and More who initially 5 years ago were fine but last year I had so many problems with them I switched to McQueens, since then all been good and I am very happy with the service and the quality, great to have found McQueens
Milk was the grocery item we often had to pop to the shops for, but with deliveries twice a week this doesn’t happen anymore.
Milk is on my doorstep by 7am, but I don’t know what time it’s delivered because I’m never disturbed by clanking bottles or the delivery vehicle. Incidentally, you can choose milk in glass bottles or plastic cartons like supermarket milk: I chose cartons.
I’m very satisfied with the service and pleased to be receiving very fresh milk.
Milk delivery always respectful and delivered in total silence, brilliant as we have 5 reactive rescue dogs. I was previously a McQueens employee, but following an assault whilst on shift I suffered a TIA (stroke) and received no support in any way from McQueens. Resulting in loss of earnings and entering into debt, I have the greatest respect for the guys who deliver the milk but more could be done to insure the safety of your employees.
I am so pleased with the service from yourselves and I can’t fault Jack the delivery’s he makes to ours. The milk is always delivered by 7am sometimes we have noticed he has delivered it at about 12-1 in the early hours and the milk is delicious as are the yoghurts. Well done McQueens
McQueens are amazing. Lovely fresh, full fat milk in a bottle. It is really creamy, just like it should be. I now drink glass fulls of it. I also have my eggs delivered by them. Again the difference is so noticeable. The yolks are orange. My son loves their bottled milkshakes. They have a good range of products at good prices. I can amend my order anytime on the website. I am looking forward to more products being added. The customer service is first class. They are a family company run business that really do care 🙂
Even though I don’t have an account with you, I received a message regarding an invoice and a request for payment. I haven’t received any product from you.

Avoid this company at all costs. Cold caller at our door explained the company, as I do for everyone I listened, because I'm actually a nice person. Told the guy I wasn't interested and he offered me a free trail delivery. I said yes why not. He said we will call you in a week to see if your interested in staying with us. I said I'm not really a phone person I get anxious talking to people on the phone, so he said "well if we don't hear from you we will assume your not interested". Low and behold I never answered. Now they think their being smart by delivering milk to my door every week without my consent, all I gave them was my phone number and address. Now after weeks they are demanding me to pay my "outstanding balance" which I never asked for. After ringing me for weeks I finally got the courage to answer the phone. I was met by a disgusting woman who said pay us the money or we will get the debt collectors involved?!? Mate, take me to court and see who wins hahahahaha you haven't got a leg to stand on. Threatening me with debt and demands. Please anyone, if they come to your door, shut it in their face.
Was going to sign up for deliveries after a reasonably pleasant young man did his sales pitch at our front door..
However, after reading the reviews I most certainly won’t be signing up!!

Very convenient for me and my family. I had to call customer services the other week due to a mix up which was my fault and could not fault the lady on the lady on the phone unfortunately I forgot her name. Keep up the good work
Great service, here when they say they will be. Milk, juice and cream delivery so far and all have been good. I can finally get 1% milk again! Decent use by dates but as it's delivered twice weekly you don't have to worry. Best of all I don't have to carry heavy bottles from the supermarket. Only negative is the milk bottles sizes are a little smaller so 2 litres so it's a little pricey but they do fit better into our fridge door!
