I visited a location to buy two toothpastes, only to find the same items at a lower price elsewhere shortly after. When I returned with my receipt to request a refund, two young employees informed me that their manager had instructed them not to process refunds due to the price difference, and the manager was unavailable. I requested to see the policy supporting this claim, but they were unable to provide it. They simply reiterated their manager's decision and suggested I come back the next day to speak with her, which felt like a waste of my time given the lack of professional training. According to the return policy, unopened items can be returned within 30 days.

I visited this location on Christmas Eve to buy baking supplies and was very let down by the customer service. I stood in line for around 15 minutes with only one cashier available, which is unacceptable on such a busy shopping day. To make things worse, I saw the cashier ask for help from the manager, who refused assistance. This caused unnecessary delays and highlighted a clear lack of support for both staff and customers. The overall management of the situation left a very negative impression.
The store employs very misleading and unethical business tactics. They mix discounted items among regular-priced ones, leading customers to believe that everything is on sale. This is not the case, and an employee defended this practice by claiming the discounted items are clearly visible.
I visited this location and found the prices to be extremely high. I purchased three items, and everything felt overpriced compared to my previous visits. I mentioned the price of one item specifically, and the cashier said it was based on weight. When I got home and weighed the items, the scale at the store was off by 40 grams on each item!
The labeling of products is misleading when it states that the salt was added to American peanuts. Additionally, the lack of help at checkout is disappointing. Would it really hurt to bag my items for me? This poor customer service is likely to drive me to shop elsewhere.
I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. I returned a bag of dates I purchased the previous day because they were rotten, with visible white spots indicating fungus. The staff handling my return were not helpful or understanding and had a rather unpleasant attitude. It’s not my fault if the dates were spoiled, and the lack of empathy from the employees was frustrating.
