Extremely poor experience with this company. I called to ask about my order, which hadn't arrived, and the representative abruptly responded with “no thanks” before hanging up?! Is this the way customers are treated? I was so shocked that I checked to ensure I dialed the right number. Eventually, my delivery arrived, and while I appreciate reusing cardboard boxes, I don't expect to pay £13.99 for a thin, damaged box. The items were not secured and were rattling around, resulting in dented cans. The box was only half full. Why not use a smaller box or include paper padding like most others?
