I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I reached out to inquire about my order, which hadn't arrived, and the representative abruptly told me "no thanks" before hanging up?! Is this how customers are treated? I was taken aback and double-checked that I had dialed the correct number. Eventually, my delivery arrived, and while I appreciate the effort to reuse cardboard, I don’t expect to pay £13.99 for delivery of a flimsy, damaged box. The items were poorly secured, rattling around inside, which resulted in dented cans, and the box was only half full. Why not opt for a smaller box or use paper padding like most services do?
