Terrible service! This was my first time using the service… I ordered food and waited over 2 hours with no delivery. When I contacted support via live chat, they refused to issue a refund because they couldn't reach the store. The store was unresponsive, so they couldn't process the refund! I recommend sticking with other platforms.
