We get our pizza from Pizza Station Saltburn. What recommends them? The quality of the food is wonderful, but just as importantly is the range of the menu, the ease of ordering and in particular the speed and friendliness of the delivery service. Very much recommended.
I placed an order through the platform, which indicated a wait time of an hour and a half. Given that it was Christmas Eve, I was fine with that. However, after waiting for that time, I received a notification that my food was on its way. Half an hour later, with still no food, I attempted to reach out via customer support chat. I finally connected with a representative just as my food arrived, but it was cold. The only compensation offered was a £3.61 refund on a £24 order. I expressed my dissatisfaction after such a long wait, but the takeaway stated that no refund could be issued. It’s frustrating when the platform can monitor the order timing!

I placed an order at 20:44 and didn't receive my food until 22:05. I tried calling the store but there was no answer. I spoke with the support team who assured me it would arrive soon. However, I checked online and found out the store had closed early. The support team then informed me that the store left the auto-order feature on, which accepted my order automatically. They mentioned I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. I advise avoiding this service as they seem unaware of store hours.

I took the time to compare the total costs for some curry items, and here’s what I found: Deliveroo: £25.56, Just Eat: £21.39, UberEats: £24.72 (delivery), £22.47 (collection), Masala Hut: £22.47 both, the service: £23.75 (delivery), £16.77 (collection). At home, everything went smoothly, payment was instant, and the collection was straightforward. They even recognized me and said, 'you got a great deal there.' It had a 30% discount, which may not last, but we’re giving 5 stars and will check them out again next time. I also found they have an app with the same discount... HAPPY DAYS!!!!
