Extremely disappointing service! This was my first time using the platform… I placed an order and waited over 2 hours with no delivery. I reached out through live chat, but the support team declined to issue a refund, claiming they couldn't contact the store. The store wasn't answering their calls, which they used as an excuse for not processing the refund! I would advise against using this service and recommend sticking to other delivery options.
