Wait time clearly means nothing, went to pick up my order after half an hour (longer than wait time) it then took another half an hour for the store to have the items ready. When I returned home and noticed incorrect items and items missing I contacted food hub support which were no help at all… I never received a confirmation number or ID via txt or email so they said they were unable to help me or provide any refund. I’m not sure how an error/flaw in their system is my fault. First and last time using, don’t waste your time.
