I’m expressing my disappointment with the service regarding my recent order. Despite updating my phone number, I received an email stating the courier couldn’t reach me. I tried to contact support through their help center, but received no response. The customer service has been dismissive, shifting blame onto me instead of acknowledging the system problem. This experience has left me with a negative impression, and I expected better service and accountability. I had hoped for a resolution, such as a refund, but it seems they are unwilling to address the issues. I’ve decided to close my account and will share my dissatisfaction on social media to warn others.
