Disappointing Service Experience

This service appears to have become greedy and no longer compensates for mishandled orders. My food arrived cold, and the customer support team simply offered apologies without any compensation. I regret leaving this 1-star review, but I won’t be removing it, just as they won’t refund my money. I’ll be using an alternative platform from now on and suggest others do the same.

Lack of Compensation for Mishandled Orders

It seems this service has become greedy and no longer compensates for mishandled orders. My food arrived completely cold, and the customer support team merely apologized without offering any compensation. I regret giving this 1-star review, but I won’t be removing it, just as they refuse to refund my money. I’ll be using an alternative platform from now on and recommend others do the same.

No Customer Support While Waiting

There’s no customer support available while waiting for your order, and when you try to resolve issues after receiving the wrong order, they don’t assist and end the chat without any help. Each time I’ve used this service, something has gone wrong.

No Support for Riders

As a rider, there’s no way to contact support in case of a problem. The business model could be great if the support was more effective and helpful, but as it stands, it feels like a waste of time and money on gas.

Misleading Earnings Promises

This service claims you can earn a substantial amount per shift, but that is misleading. It’s unlikely to make that much in an 8-hour workday, and the highest earnings in the area are far lower. It seems this service may be taking advantage of its couriers.

Avoid This Subscription

Be cautious with the subscription; it’s mostly not worth it, and canceling is a frustrating process with no refunds. Customer support lacks helpful answers, repeating the same information without clarity. The subscription is useless to me, as I live in an area where they don’t operate. I couldn’t get a refund hours after payment, which was not an option.

Order Not Received Due to App Issues

I did not receive my order because the app never updated it, and the driver didn’t bother to call, blaming me for a wrong number. My number was correct! I was denied a refund and lost money, time, and food. Now I’m left hungry and out of money! Avoid this app; it feels like a complete scam!
