Ordered food from Foodpanda during my mandatory hotel quarantine. Food item was missed from the order and the customer service refused to replace or refund part of the order as "this is not within terms and conditions". I have checked the T&Cs and there is nowhere mentioning this. This is completey a fraud.This sounds ridiculous. I have been using Deliveroo/UberEats/JustEats in the UK and the customer service has always been great. As a customer, we are in a passive position as we can only rely on the restaurant to provide the correct order and food panda to handle any problems or concerns.What if next time only 1 food item has arrived but the rest has gone missing? I am sure foodpanda will be pulling that 'i dont care' face to you and get your money straight away. I would highly NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use this company. Will switch to deliveroo instead.
