They almost NEVER deliver on time and the food is often cold by the time it is received. I still used their pickup service as it was convenient. But their delivery service and customer service is the worse! I had an order go missing and the customer service rep just wanted to cancel your order without any explanation. After promising they would get back to me to let me know what happened I got nothing. When asked for redelivery it wasn't done and I had to contact them AGAIN to finally get a refund. The second customer service rep was clearly impatient and had a poor attitude. There are so many other food delivery platforms available you really don't need to use this one.
