The second time in under a month that FoodPanda Riders failed to deliver my food! This time the Rider went to a neighboring property development instead of mine. The Rider even gave me a number to call, that's how I knew it's not my building's Management but the neighboring one. It's bad enough that I have to use Google Translate to communicate with the lost Rider, adding to the stress.
HelpCenter live agent is even worse than a bot, they are unable to help, just canned replies that pretend to care, insulting the customer even more.
