I attempted to place an order and realized there was a missing item. Wanting to upgrade, I chose to cancel the order despite having already paid online. Unfortunately, I never received my refund. When I contacted customer support through chat, the agent informed me of a “no refund” policy. Their responses felt automated, using the same copy-paste template repeatedly, showing no real effort to assist. The agent ended the chat abruptly without providing a proper resolution. It seems their solution is to disconnect customers when issues arise. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. Based on my treatment, I feel both the agents and the company deserve a very low rating. Avoid this app; it's a SCAM, especially for online payments.
