The agent ended the chat abruptly without offering a proper solution. It seems their go-to response is to disconnect customers when faced with issues. This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. Given how I was treated, I believe both the agents and the company warrant a very low rating. I strongly advise against using this app; it's a SCAM, particularly when making online payments.

I waited 3 hours for my order that was supposed to be delivered within an hour. This has happened multiple times without any compensation or privileges.
