I reached out to customer support via chat, and the representative informed me of a 'no refund' policy. Their replies felt automated, repeating the same template without any genuine effort to assist. The agent ended the chat abruptly without offering a proper solution. It seems their go-to response is to disconnect customers when faced with issues. This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. Given how I was treated, I believe both the agents and the company warrant a very low rating. I strongly advise against using this app; it's a SCAM, particularly when making online payments.
