I had ordered two burgers from daily deli through the foodpanda app and had paid for them online and when I received the order I found only one burger in there. I will be adding pictures of the receipt and the bag right after opening. Then when I contacted the help centre they forwarded my refund request to their so called “SPECIALIST” who then after 10 hours responded by saying that they are unable to give me a refund. They did not specify for what reason they were unable to refund me. Very disappointed in the service these guys are providing and highly annoyed by the fact that they are not willing to accept their mistake. I have been stolen from and feel like I have been cheated. At this point it’s not even about the money or the food. The help centre is completely useless and the support chat is also of no use.
