FRAUD ALERT!!!One of my friends went through the same not too long ago.We placed an order and used our Mastercard for payment. The amount was deducted but order wasn’t placed. A few minutes later the order was cancelled. I contacted my bank and they said the amount went through without a glitch. Foodpanda’s chat support is ghosting me now and not responding to a single text of mine. I looked up about this issue on social media and turns out I’m certainly not alone. I have zero expectations on this getting resolved since I know how they operate and the stuff I’ve read from fellow victims. Neither do I have any hopes from their support team which is frankly a joke.I just want others to steer clear of this SCAM app.
On October 26, 2025, I placed an order worth Rs. 8,700 through Foodpanda to the same address where several previous orders have been successfully delivered.However, the assigned rider reported being unable to locate the address and subsequently cancelled the order. I immediately contacted Foodpanda via chat, but the representative refused to issue a refund — even though there was no issue with my delivery address.As the cancellation occurred due to the rider’s inability to find the location, not any fault on my part. The address remains valid and verifiable, as confirmed by multiple successful past deliveries.
I'm regular user of Foodpanda. I have ordered my food from foodguy restaurant and it was late an hour. Firstly, I received a call from Foodpanda call centre for confirmation of cancellation from rider. I refused because I didn't. Afterwards, I reached out to Foodpanda support they guy named as Hassan, the guy was unprofessional and don't know how to deal with the frustrated customer because this is not first time I was ordering from foodguy restaurant. They are always fast in preparation of Food and deliveries were on also on point. Hassan said me for above an hour late order that it would be hot and in fresh condition. Doesn't make sense to me so I had cancelled my order. This is the pathetic experience from not just Foodpanda rider but also Foodpanda support.
Today I had very Bad Experience With Foodpanda I have Ordered Zinger Roll And it Took Approx 1.5 hours to deliver and there is no way to contact any help line or cotact rider waiting like a fool atleast they have to give an option to contact the service center or add a chat option but there is no way to contact theme and at the last The rider is asking me that "Order laa ka ana hai kia ? " What the funk they are doing with their best service in karachi
I am very disappointed with Foodpanda. I placed an order, waited for a long time, and then it was suddenly cancelled without any proper reason. This is unacceptable service and a complete waste of time. Foodpanda must improve their system and respect customers’ time and trust
