I had 2 bad experience with the customer services recently rather than 1 delivery guy’s rude attitude due to muttering cannot see the door number sign and asked rudely to close up the door to take photo of the door number and hang the food on top the metal gate about 1.8m while leaving.it happened on 8 Jun 2025. As for customer service agent, i feedback to them no action or acknowledge is replied regsrding the issue happening on 8 Jun 2025. Secondly, there was a day, 2 Jun 2025, i select a pick up instead delivery. I request to change to delivery and i am willing to pay more. They do not able to do so and cancel without a refund. In the end i had to donate the amount of $17.26 to anyone with any choice. I am very disappointed their service and i will no longer wish to engage food panda service. I had turned to Grab-food instead.
