I ordered from a restaurant, but the driver neglected to bring the most significant part of my order. We received only a small box with sauce and some pasta, while the order was supposed to include 11 items. I reached out to the support team, but their refund policy only allows for 50% of my money back. I also contacted the restaurant, which confirmed that only a small portion of the food was picked up. They even attempted to communicate with the support team. I'm shocked that this is considered an acceptable service when customers are treated this way.
I must say this is a solid app for grocery shopping or grabbing a quick and tasty meal when you're in a hurry. I've been using it for two years, and my orders have never been delayed. The food quality is generally good, though occasionally it can be hit or miss. I would recommend it 70%—it's not a must-try, but definitely worth enjoying.
I had a disappointing experience with my order taking over an hour. When I tried to cancel, I was directed to customer service but received no support. The rider eventually managed to cancel the order, but I was not informed about the non-refundable cancellation policy beforehand. This service is unacceptable, and I demand a full refund.
