I ordered from a restaurant, but the driver neglected to bring the most significant part of my order. We received only a small box with sauce and some pasta, while the order was supposed to include 11 items. I reached out to the support team, but their refund policy only allows for 50% of my money back. I also contacted the restaurant, which confirmed that only a small portion of the food was picked up. They even attempted to communicate with the support team. I'm shocked that this is considered an acceptable service when customers are treated this way.
