I bought new balance £140 worth for my daughter's 12th birthday online and to be delivered by Evri driver which came 2 days after. Cut story short the Evri driver stole my parcel which was on cctv caught red handed...Footasylum made my life a nightmare to get my refund. Very unproffesional handled my case for me to proove my innocence while the driver was still out free to rob other customers parcel. I was taken round in circles for 24hours before someone with common knowledge understood my frustrations. Never again!
