Shambles of a company, my partners tried multiple times to contact you regarding reward points that she accumulated on the app leading up to Christmas over £200 worth. 28 days past and you removed all her points , no explanation what so ever. You haven't replied to emails and she gets put on hold on every call. We won't ever purchase from your store or website again.

Absolutely shocking treatment after trying to obtain a refund.
I returned my son's coat to store on 25/01/26. The sales assistant told me it may take 2-4 days for the refund and I have a copy of this receipt.
6 days later, I contacted the 'help centre' online, which should be named 'hell' centre...
I was online to a chat bot that kept regurgitating nonsense so I asked to speak to a manager. Eventually 'Vedraj' entered the chat and basically antagonised, patronised and tried to tell me I was outside of the 29 days.. which was not true, and the store had accepted the return. I uploaded a picture of my receipt clearly showing the refund.
Vedraj, kept arguing with me for 20 minutes being evasive, waffling and saying basically he was 'confused' and insinuated I was out of the 29 days because and get this..'the chat bot said so'... 'computer says no' nonsense.
It took for me to quote the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and to state that I had taken screen shots of our messages to show trust pilot and the ombudsman. At no point did he say sorry for this inconvenience...he eventually said he was calling the store 'right now' 18 minutes in. He then came back and said 'you'll need to contact the store yourself' I couldn't believe what I was reading.

Absolutely disgusting treatment and I still have no refund.

Avoid this place, once they have you money they clearly do not care.

Wrong coloured item sent. Unable to speak to anyone regarding issue. No joy with autochat or Whatsapp. Had to pay for return and pay for delivery a second time. No exchange available for mistake with colour This was a present for my son so very disappointed.
Very, very poor customer service. Several pounds out of pocket and still not yet received correct item.

Do not order from footasylum
My partner ordered me some trainers and a sweatshirt for my birthday in the wrong sizes so we returned both items via inpost locker. They were both packaged together in the same bag. No footasylum is claiming that they have only received the trainers back which is impossible as they were in the same bag.
The customer service is awful they are taking no responsibility for the missing items and refuse to replace it or refund any money.
After reading the other reviews it is clear to see that this is a common issue people are facing. I think it’s obvious that footasylum are just robbing people blind!
We will not be dropping this until we get the money or the sweatshirt back. It’s been nearly 2 months now it’s disgusting the way you are treating customers.

Sizing Issues with Recent Order

I ordered blue samba shoes and typically go a size up since I find many brands run small. The website did indicate they were small fitting. They arrived promptly, but unfortunately, they were significantly smaller compared to my other pairs, being at least an inch shorter in length. I usually wear size 8, but according to their chart, I would need size 11. Additionally, despite the claim of free returns, I'm facing charges.

Refund Issues with Returned Items

I returned 2 items but received a refund for only 1. They are unwilling to refund the second item. The support team on WhatsApp seems completely uninformed and lacks consistent communication. It feels like they are profiting by keeping customers' money! I will escalate this matter.
