Returns for items that don't fit come with a fee ($10-14). They don't allow size exchanges; you have to pay to return it and then buy again. Sale items can't be returned, so make sure it fits. The sizing is inconsistent—some items are normal, while most are either way too big or way too small. The customer service is poor, which is typical for a company with these policies. This has really ruined my Christmas, and I will never use this company again and will make sure to let others know!
