If I could give a negative score, I would. Avoid this company at all costs! Their advertising is completely misleading! Customer service is terrible. I clicked on a link that promised delivery by Christmas, only to be told it would ship by then and arrive in January. The website still claims the same. Don't fall for it like I did.
The sales process is managed through a social network. I ordered a shirt via a Facebook page, but after receiving only an email confirmation, I discovered it was non-refundable. Should anyone really have to deal with such poor sales practices and customer support?
I got a jersey that had no tags, clearly a return item. The iron-on numbers were wrinkled and of poor quality. When I returned it, instead of a credit to my original payment method, I was given a gift card. This company doesn't allow online reviews.
I’m only giving one star because my order did arrive. All items I bought were from an online store, and I didn’t realize they were managed by another company; otherwise, I wouldn’t have purchased. Items were too small, and I returned them, only receiving a refund for one item after numerous calls and emails. Eventually, I contacted the store directly, and they processed the refund. I spent over £200. It's not worth the risk of losing money if there's an issue.
