On November 28th, I won a raffle for a pair of sneakers, which I thought would be exciting. However, it's turned into a total nightmare. My shoes were supposed to arrive by March 8th, and I'm still waiting. There has been no proper delivery, clear explanation, or accountability from the service provider. I've contacted them multiple times via email, but all I receive are vague responses that don't clarify the situation. No solutions, replacements, or refunds—just silence or generic replies. This was my first online experience with the service, and it will definitely be my last. I cannot recommend participating in their raffles or buying anything online. If you value your time and money, it's best to avoid them. I genuinely feel misled and scammed. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a company of this size. Truly disappointed...
