Disappointing experience with online order

I placed an order online during a promotional period, but one of the items was cancelled after several days due to being out of stock. Had I known about this sooner, I wouldn't have ordered the second item at all. My decision to purchase was based on getting both items together. Additionally, I paid for shipping, which adds to my frustration since I wouldn’t have made this order if I had known about the cancellation. As compensation, I received a $20 voucher, but it can’t be combined with the current site-wide promotion and offers no real value. It doesn’t help me replace the cancelled item, nor can I find anything suitable to use it on. Poor inventory management, delayed cancellations, and inadequate compensation. Overall, a very disappointing online shopping experience.

On November 28th, I won a raffle for a pair of sneakers, which I thought would be exciting. However, it's turned into a total nightmare. I've contacted them multiple times via email, but all I receive are vague responses that don't clarify the situation. No solutions, replacements, or refunds—just silence or generic replies. This was my first online experience with the service, and it will definitely be my last. I cannot recommend participating in their raffles or buying anything online. If you value your time and money, it's best to avoid them. I genuinely feel misled and scammed. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a company of this size. Truly disappointed...

Ordered Sneakers but Faced Issues

I ordered a pair of sneakers and was charged, only to later receive a message saying the item is out of stock with no information on when it will be restocked. Perhaps it would be wise to remove such items from the online store before processing payments. They claimed not to have charged my card yet, which better be true, or I will escalate the matter. Poor online store, terrible service, and misleading advertising of products that they do not have in stock. Save your time and money; avoid this service.

Frustrating Afterpay Experience

I made an Afterpay purchase for a pair of shoes and have waited longer than the advised 5-7 working days, especially considering the holiday peak. I spoke with a representative yesterday for an update on my order status, which has not changed for a week. I was told to call back the next day for an investigation. Today, I was informed that it would take another 5 days to investigate. Refunds can only occur after a few days of purchase. I'm extremely disappointed and will refrain from making online purchases again. If anyone has had a similar experience, I would appreciate any insights.

Unfortunate Experience with a Sale Purchase

I bought shoes during a sale since I couldn't afford them at regular prices. I received vouchers based on that purchase. However, two days later, I was informed that the stock was unavailable and they wouldn't allow me to buy any other shoes at the sale price. They also refused to refund my money in cash, as my voucher was only valid with the service. I'm now in a difficult position as my son urgently needs the shoes, and I am forced to pay the original price, which is unfair. My funds are tied up, and I have no choice but to buy at full price. This situation is entirely unacceptable and I will not return to this service again.

Avoid Online Purchases for New Releases

Do not buy online for new releases; if you're not a reseller, you likely won't get your shoes. I purchased an item only to be told it was out of stock, yet certain resellers had over 50 in stock. The customer care is atrocious, as they prioritize quick cash grabs from resellers. I will never shop with this service again and strongly recommend others to do the same.

Do Not Purchase from This Service

Avoid this service! I bought a pair of sneakers that turned out to be a half size too small. They are brand new and in their original condition, but since I discarded the box, they won’t accept a return. I've lost a significant amount of money. I will never purchase from this store again.
