I ordered a pair of sneakers and was charged, only to later receive a message saying the item is out of stock with no information on when it will be restocked. Perhaps it would be wise to remove such items from the online store before processing payments. They claimed not to have charged my card yet, which better be true, or I will escalate the matter. Poor online store, terrible service, and misleading advertising of products that they do not have in stock. Save your time and money; avoid this service.
