I made an Afterpay purchase for a pair of shoes and have waited longer than the advised 5-7 working days, especially considering the holiday peak. I spoke with a representative yesterday for an update on my order status, which has not changed for a week. I was told to call back the next day for an investigation. Today, I was informed that it would take another 5 days to investigate. Refunds can only occur after a few days of purchase. I'm extremely disappointed and will refrain from making online purchases again. If anyone has had a similar experience, I would appreciate any insights.
