Atrocious "customer service" - first at the Pacific Fair store and then via the online team. Provided a gift card as the only resolution for a faulty pair of shoes, despite requesting a refund, which I'm unable to use as the shoes I need to replace haven't been back in stock since September and Footlocker are unable to provide an ETA of when they will be. When I requested to cash out my gift card since it was essentially useless (so I could purchase the shoes direct from the manufacturer), the store advised their systems are unable to and to contact the online team. The online team referred me back in store. When I asked for the matter to be escalated, the agent had a power trip and refused. This isn't a reasonable solution under Australian Consumer Law and your various teams' refusal to resolve the issue is unacceptable.
