On November 28th, I won a raffle for a pair of sneakers, expecting an exciting experience. Unfortunately, it has turned into a nightmare. My shoes were supposed to arrive by March 8th, and I'm still waiting. There has been no proper delivery, clear explanation, or accountability from the service provider. I reached out multiple times via email, but only received vague responses that failed to clarify my order's status. No solutions, replacements, or refunds—just silence or generic replies. This was my first online experience with the service, and it will certainly be my last. I cannot recommend participating in their raffles or making online purchases. If you value your time and money, it’s best to steer clear. I feel misled and taken advantage of. This level of service is entirely unacceptable for a company of this magnitude. Very disappointed...
