I placed an order online during a promotional period, but one of the items was cancelled after several days due to being out of stock. Had I known about this sooner, I wouldn't have ordered the second item at all. My decision to purchase was based on getting both items together. Additionally, I paid for shipping, which adds to my frustration since I wouldn’t have made this order if I had known about the cancellation. As compensation, I received a $20 voucher, but it can’t be combined with the current site-wide promotion and offers no real value. It doesn’t help me replace the cancelled item, nor can I find anything suitable to use it on. Poor inventory management, delayed cancellations, and inadequate compensation. Overall, a very disappointing online shopping experience.
