Do not shop here.I have had absolutely no communication from Foot Locker. My parcels were sent back to the sender due to an issue with the delivery address, but I was never informed. I only found out by tracking my order after it failed to arrive.I have tried calling Foot Locker multiple times and could never get through to a real person—only the automated system. I’ve also sent countless emails and received no helpful response, just repeated messages saying my parcel is coming when it should have been delivered nearly two weeks ago.They are now claiming that my parcel has been delivered when it clearly hasn’t. I am still waiting for a refund, and the only one way I will be able to get my money back is by charging it back through my bank.This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Save yourself the trouble and don’t shop here
