Cancelled order.

Ordered. No reply for 6 days then an email saying my item was delayed. An hour late the order was cancelled. Looks like the norm for this company reading other reviews.

Do not shop here.I have had absolutely no communication from Foot Locker. My parcels were sent back to the sender due to an issue with the delivery address, but I was never informed. I only found out by tracking my order after it failed to arrive.I have tried calling Foot Locker multiple times and could never get through to a real person—only the automated system. I’ve also sent countless emails and received no helpful response, just repeated messages saying my parcel is coming when it should have been delivered nearly two weeks ago.They are now claiming that my parcel has been delivered when it clearly hasn’t. I am still waiting for a refund, and the only one way I will be able to get my money back is by charging it back through my bank.This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Save yourself the trouble and don’t shop here

No show on trainers ordered

Ordered trainer for Christmas on 6th December despite DHL saying on at least 6 occasions they were going to be delivered still no trainers by 24th December. Told by Footlocker I couldn’t get a refund until after 5 working days from last proposed delivery date, this would be after Christmas. A incorrect delivery arrived 31/01/26 size 11 Badminton shoes not size 10 Nike trainers I ordered. Contacted Footlocker and was told they could issue refund until trainers were returned to them and once received that would be 14 working days to issue a refund. I returned Badminton shoes to Footlocker and went to my bank to cancel payment to Footlocker. My bank issued refund next day and they are now claiming monies back from Footlocker on my behalf. Stay away from Footlocker useless ordering service and even worse customer service. Would give them a 0 score if that was possible.

FALSE ADVERTISING DELIVERY

Site claiming guaranteed Christmas delivery however when the item failed to arrive ‘customer services’ saying it’s 2-6 business days. Lesson learned not to use again.

Worst customer experience ever

Worst customer experience ever. Ordered a pair of trainers and payment was taken with a confirmation email. 3 days later (this morning) I get an email to say my order was cancelled at “my request” which wasn’t the case. When I queried it I was told that email was sent to me in error and my order was cancelled due to low stock and the item no longer being available. Disappointing to take my order knowing you don’t have the item in stock and pass it off as if it was me who didn’t want the item anymore.Reading the reviews I would avoid this company at all costs as they seem a scam!

I’m regret to not read the review before placing order online. I bought a pair or shoe costs £80 and request to collect at shop. Few days later I received email telling me it was ready to be collected. Then I went to the shop and wait for an hour, but they can’t find the shoe and told me they would call me when it was found. Certainly, they didn’t call me. I contacted them by online chat and requested to cancel order, however, they said the order can’t be cancelled. When I want to raise a complaint, they simply leave the chatting.
