Ordered trainer for Christmas on 6th December despite DHL saying on at least 6 occasions they were going to be delivered still no trainers by 24th December. Told by Footlocker I couldn’t get a refund until after 5 working days from last proposed delivery date, this would be after Christmas. A incorrect delivery arrived 31/01/26 size 11 Badminton shoes not size 10 Nike trainers I ordered. Contacted Footlocker and was told they could issue refund until trainers were returned to them and once received that would be 14 working days to issue a refund. I returned Badminton shoes to Footlocker and went to my bank to cancel payment to Footlocker. My bank issued refund next day and they are now claiming monies back from Footlocker on my behalf. Stay away from Footlocker useless ordering service and even worse customer service. Would give them a 0 score if that was possible.
