I ordered a shoe in my size (of course) and I received one in 2 sizes smaller. It took me 3 weeks and multiple emails to discuss how can I send back with the carrier company, but nothing worked and usually no one read my emails about the problems, I just received standard automatic messages. One time I was even sent to a pickup point 2000kms away from my location. At the end I finally received a tracking number which I could use but I hasn't received the documents for the pickup and the driver came 2 times for nothing. So I gave up and I'll try to sell the shoe, and buy one in my size somewhere else, because I'm done with this webshop. 3 weeks for nothing :D "Stress free refund and return", sure... Thanks.
