Appalling. Returned my trainers to a DPD service point as instructed and DHL did not offer a proof of postage - said you would receive email or text message which I did not. DHL confirmed it had been scanned and Foot Locker confirmed it was at a service point yet would not issue the refund. Absolute con, someone’s walking around with a free pair of trainers at my expense. Never ordering off them again.
