I recently had a very disappointing experience with Footpatrol.I returned a pair of shoes that were clearly not worn, exactly as shown in the attached photos, yet they refused to accept the return. The shoes were in the same condition as received, no creases, no sole wear, no marks. Despite this, they rejected the refund without providing a reasonable explanation.Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, repeating policy statements rather than actually reviewing the evidence provided. It feels like once they have your money, resolving issues is not a priority.I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if you might need to return an item. Based on my experience, even unworn products can be refused, leaving you stuck and out of pocket.Very disappointing for a retailer that claims to value customer satisfaction.
