After I fully paid for my order and shipping, I later received an additional invoice from DHL for import duty/brokerage fees.This happened when I was already waiting to receive my package, and I had no choice but to pay in order to avoid losing my shipment. Nowhere during checkout was it clearly stated that U.S. customers may be charged additional customs fees beyond the shipping cost I already paid.The extra charge was significant, and this lack of transparency feels extremely misleading. If you sell internationally to the U.S., you should clearly disclose these potential fees before customers pay.I will never recommend this store to anyone.
