They keep spamming you with newsletter emails, when you never signed up for them. You unsubscribe, and they keep sending more. You unsubscribe again, and of course they continue. This is illegal. This is harassment.
I placed an order because the website showed a specific earliest delivery date that was sooner than all other shipping options. I relied on that information when choosing the courier method. After completing the order, it turned out the actual delivery time is several days longer than what was displayed. This is misleading and directly affects the customer’s purchase decision. If you show an “earliest delivery date,” it should be realistic, not just a marketing estimate. In this case, the delivery information on the site does not match the real service.
After I fully paid for my order and shipping, I later received an additional invoice from DHL for import duty/brokerage fees.
This happened when I was already waiting to receive my package, and I had no choice but to pay in order to avoid losing my shipment. Nowhere during checkout was it clearly stated that U.S. customers may be charged additional customs fees beyond the shipping cost I already paid.
The extra charge was significant, and this lack of transparency feels extremely misleading. If you sell internationally to the U.S., you should clearly disclose these potential fees before customers pay.
I will never recommend this store to anyone.

bit wary of ordering from europe but feedback looked ok and was the only place left that had trainers i wanted so ordered on thursday received following wednesday, kept up to date with tracking and arrived at day and time promised, no custom charges either which is always a bonusthe trainers looked in good condition but on inspection there was a small mark to suede on one shoe and small scratch to leather upper on the other, nothing too bad to return, maybe a production issue
