I received the wrong shoes on Friday…

I received the wrong shoes on Friday 26th July. I've sent several emails with attached photos of what I ordered and what I received.The Mephisto trainers I received are not what I ordered. They're a completely different colour.I've asked Footwear4you for confirmation on how to return these. I paid £195 and they have my money through PayPal. I've put in a Formal complaint to them. I'm hoping we can get this matter resolved soon!!I've just spoken to Jeff at Footwear4you. He's sending me a label in post to return shoes via Post Office Free of Charge.He's contacting his colleague in France and I'm now feeling more confident that this will be resolved.When calling. The name comes up Sheepskin4you. Call was diverted to Jeff.Jeff has been in touch again. He's ordered the shoes I wanted. I should have them in a couple of weeks.Label has been sent for me to return shoes FOC.His colleague in France said they have the same number. But the ones I ordered have black at the end of it.Jeff has been very helpful and I'm confident this will be resolved.I'll keep you posted.Update. I returned the shoes I received on Wednesday via Royal Mail. Jeff at Footwear4you sent me the label. Postage FOC.I'm now waiting on the shoes I originally ordered and hope to receive them in next couple of weeks. Jeff reordered these for me on Monday 29th July.I'll keep you updated.8th August, 2024.Jeff made contact with me through PayPal to say he'd received the shoes I returned.He's ordered the shoes I originally ordered and I'm hoping to receive them soon as I'm due to pay my credit card on 15th August. I always pay on time as I don't like to be charged interest.I'll keep you updated on how things go12th August.I spoke to Jeff at Footwear4you today. He has refunded the full amount I paid for the shoes.Once he receives the ones I ordered he will call me and I'll pay for them then.I've had absolutely no problem with Jeff since I first spoke to him. Has always been very helpful. Update 22nd August.Geoff emailed me today. He should receive my shoes by 30th August and will call me. I will pay for them when he does. All being well I should receive them first week in September. The reason it's taken so long is France was on holiday for 2 weeks and that's where the shoes are coming from.I'll let you know when I receive them.Geoff has been very helpful all the way through this.5th September.I received my shoes on Monday 2nd September. They are perfect!Geoff sent them to me prior to taking payment for me to check that these were the correct ones I'd ordered initially and fitted ok.I called Geoff yesterday and paid for them.Geoff couldn't have been more helpful from day one.I can definitely recommend Footwear4you to anyone wishing to place an order with them.Really lovely to be able to speak to a Human Being and get such great Customer Service. Something that's lacking these days.I can't thank Geoff enough.
