Ordered a pair of Mephisto Rainbow which unfortunately had to return. Proof signed for, over 2 weeks later no refund, sent several emails and no response. Will raise a chargeback through my credit card company as paid £147. Wish I had checked feedback before ordering as seem fine ordering but terrible when comes to refunds or if any issues.
Order number 4313Placed an order 2 days ago fo a Christmas gift for my mother. Unfortunately she told me that they are the wrong slippers! Very apologetically Emailed the company 20 minutes after placed the order to cancel - zero response. Have since sent 3 more emails and Facebook messages to this company with ZERO response!! (Yet they have been in facebook posting their items!!) No telephone number - no other way to contact them! This company is a scam - will be contacting bank to be in a chargeback.
