Ordered a pair of Mephisto Rainbow which unfortunately had to return. Proof signed for, over 2 weeks later no refund, sent several emails and no response. Will raise a chargeback through my credit card company as paid £147. Wish I had checked feedback before ordering as seem fine ordering but terrible when comes to refunds or if any issues.
